The International Olympic Committee (IOC), in collaboration with Sports for Nature, have developed six Sustainable Sourcing Fact Sheet to provide recommendations and guidance to sport organisations on what should be considered in sourcing decisions related to key sports operations-related products and services: Catering services, Gifts and promotional products, Rubber and rubber-containing products, Sport equipment, Textiles and textiles-based products, and Wood and wood-based products.
Two tools – Sustainable Supplier Questionnaire and Evaluation Score Card – accompany the six Factsheets.
